Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. Multiple box orders may arrive on separate days.
Orders are shipped UPS ground. Expedited shipping is not available currently. Home Delivery does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, therefore physical address must be provided. Customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with replacement parts.
You will receive an order confirmation email upon placing an order, and a shipping confirmation when your order has shipped with a tracking number. All orders ship from North Carolina so please allow 5-10 days for delivery depending on your location & proximity to our warehouse.
If the tracking shows as delivered but you haven't received your order, please check your property and with neighbors in the event it was delivered in error to someone who lives close to you. UPS will occasionally mark a package as delivered prematurely, so allow 24 hours for the item to be delivered past the initial delivery date. If you still have not received the package 24 hours after it was marked as delivered, please contact so we can initiate a trace with the shipper.
Traces take approximately 2 business days to complete and must be done prior to proceeding with lost package procedures. You must contact us within 5 days of the order being marked as delivered to initiate a trace. If you do not contact us within that timeframe, we will not be able to do a trace and the replacement will count as your warranty replacement. Packages reported as lost two weeks past the delivery date are not eligible for a replacement.
If the carrier is not able to recover and redeliver the package within that time frame, we will send a one-time replacement. We are not able to issue refunds for orders that show as delivered. If possible, we recommend providing an alternate address or having the order shipped to your nearest UPS store for pickup to ensure a successful delivery.

SIZING & CARE
Our beds have sizing information on each product page with breed references. These are our recommendations, however your dog's unique sleeping style can influence required size.

Remove inserts before washing. Machine wash bed cover in cold water with similar colors. Machine dry bed cover on fluff / no heat mode. Spot dry inserts using a damp soapy cloth, air dry.
The Up Pup Bed
Clean with warm soapy water, towel dry.

If your dog damages their bed within 180 days after receiving it, we will ship you a replacement part to make your bed good as new. Shipping rates will be applied and depend on the size of the part needed. Send an email to email@example.com with an image of your bed and damaged parts, explain the issue, include the order number and we'll get you taken care of.
30-Day Manufacturer's Warranty
FÜZI guarantees our products at time of purchase against material defects and workmanship. We will replace the defective item once free of charge in exchange for a photo of the defect.

- Customers are responsible for shipment costs for all replacements.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our distribution center.
- Item must come back in resalable condition, unwashed, unused or a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Item must be returned within 14 days after receiving the return confirmation.
- Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns.
- From time to time FÜZI will offer promotions or discount codes. Orders placed before the date of those promotions are not eligible. FÜZI does not issue partial refunds.
- We offer free / low cost replacement parts depending on the specific situation. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve the issue and get the parts you need sent to you.
- An exchange is a separate transaction.
- To make an exchange please return the item for a refund and place a new order online when you are ready.
- NOTE: Stuffed beds are oversized items and are vacuumed packed in original shipment. Return shipping could be costly, so please review the size guide and product details before purchasing. To help you make the best selection for your pet and home, we provide detailed size dimensions for each bed so you can measure and visualize how your pet will fit into the bed, and how the bed will fit into your home (taping the dimensions onto the floor of your space is helpful!). In addition, our team is available to answer your questions and help you select the perfect bed for your pup. Reach out at email@example.com.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your card once we receive the order back at our facility.
To Initiate Return
- Click here to start the Request Return process.
- Log in to your account
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
