Orders placed by 1 PM EST on business days ship the same day via UPS Ground, with delivery in 2–5 business days. Personalized or pre-assembled orders require an additional 5–10 business days. Multi-box shipments may arrive on different days. Order confirmation and tracking details are sent separately via email.
Requests for international shipments, shipments outside the contiguous USA, or expedited delivery can be arranged by contacting cs@fuzipets.com. Home delivery cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, so a physical addresses must be provided. Pre-assembled items do not qualify for free shipping offers.
If tracking indicates delivery but the order has not been received, check around the property and with neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong location. Occasionally, UPS marks a package as delivered prematurely, so allow 24 hours for the item to arrive beyond the initial delivery date. If the package still has not arrived 24 hours after being marked as delivered, contact cs@fuzipets.com to initiate a trace with the carrier.
Traces take approximately 2 business days to complete and must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery being marked. Failure to contact us within this timeframe will forfeit eligibility for a trace, and the replacement will count as the warranty replacement. Packages reported as lost more than two weeks past the delivery date are not eligible for replacement.
If the carrier cannot recover and redeliver the package within the specified timeframe, a one-time replacement will be issued. Refunds are not available for orders marked as delivered. For secure delivery, consider providing an alternate address or arranging shipment to a UPS store for pickup.
Our beds have sizing information on each product page with breed references. These are our recommendations, however your dog's unique sleeping style can influence required size.

Remove inserts before washing. Machine wash bed cover in cold water with similar colors. Machine dry bed cover on fluff / no heat mode. Spot dry inserts using a damp soapy cloth, air dry.

If your dog damages their bed within 180 days after receiving it, we will ship you a replacement part to make your bed good as new. Shipping rates will be applied and depend on the size of the part needed. Send an email to cs@fuzipets.com with an image of your bed and damaged parts, explain the issue, include the order number and we'll get you taken care of.
FÜZI guarantees our products at time of purchase against material defects and workmanship. We will replace the defective item once free of charge in exchange for a photo of the defect.
