Fur Life Guarantee If your dog damages their bed within 180 days after receiving it, we will ship you a replacement part(s) to make your bed good as new. Shipping rates will be applied and depend on the size of the part needed. Please request all replacement parts using the form below.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and must arrange shipments through their preferred carrier: UPS, FedEx, USPS.
Restocking Fee A restocking fee of up to 50% may apply based on the item’s condition and resalability.
Refund Processing Refunds process within 5 business days of receipt of returned item(s).
Freight Fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items are not eligible to be returned.
Pre-Assembled Items are not eligible to be returned.

Promotions Orders placed before the date of promotions or discount codes are not eligible. FÜZI does not issue partial refunds.
Important Note on Stuffed Beds Stuffed beds are oversized items and are vacuum-packed in the original shipment. Return shipping can be costly, so please review the size guide and product details before purchasing. To help you make the best selection for your pet and home, we provide detailed size dimensions for each bed so you can measure and visualize how your pet will fit into the bed, and how the bed will fit into your home (taping the dimensions onto the floor of your space is helpful!). In addition, our team is available to answer your questions and help you select the perfect bed for your pup at cs@fuzipets.com.
Refund Timeline Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed once we receive the returned order at our facility. It may take an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your card.
