Returns & Replacements

We hope that you love your FÜZI wares! In the event that something isn’t quite right, we are here to help. Here's what you need to know:

  • Fur life guaranty If your dog damages their bed within 180 days after receiving it, we will ship you a replacement part(s) to make your bed good as new. Shipping rates will be applied and depend on the size of the part needed. Please request all replacement parts using the form below.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt using the link below.
  • Customers are responsible for shipment costs for returns and replacements.
  • Restocking fee A 50% restocking fee is applied to returns on pre-assembled dog beds.
  • Returned items must come back in resalable condition, unwashed, unused or a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Freight fees are non-refundable.
  • Return deadline Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the return confirmation.
  • Final sale items are not eligible to be returned.
  • Promotions Orders placed before the date of promotions or discount codes are not eligible. FÜZI does not issue partial refunds.
  • Replacement parts After 180 days you may request replacement parts via the form below; cost and availability will vary.
  • Exchanges are separate transactions. To make an exchange, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
  • Note Stuffed beds are oversized items and are vacuum-packed in the original shipment. Return shipping can be costly, so please review the size guide and product details before purchasing. To help you make the best selection for your pet and home, we provide detailed size dimensions for each bed so you can measure and visualize how your pet will fit into the bed, and how the bed will fit into your home (taping the dimensions onto the floor of your space is helpful!).   • Refund timeline Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your card once we receive the order back at our facility.
